What our clients say

After repeatedly phoning my local council about a really bad leak in one of my heating pipes, I got nowhere. I waited over two years and was very frustrated. I then got in touch with Tenant Help, who took over and dealt with it. The repairs are now done. They did a really good job for me.

Joy, For Housing tenant

Tenant Help helped me when I had reached a dead end with my landlord’s complaints procedure. They gave me advice and support, listened to me and came to my property to see how bad the leaks were. They helped me get the right legal help. The problems were finally fixed, and I received compensation from my landlord.

Jason, Torus tenant

I would like to thank Tenant Help for being honest, caring and professional, and for making sure my son and I were OK. If it weren’t for them, I would still be sitting in a damp house. My house is finally looking clean and liveable again. I appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend them to anyone struggling with damp or disrepair.

Thank you for your help.

Suzanne, Onward Housing tenant

Tenant Help were really professional, helpful and caring throughout the whole process. We had been struggling with disrepair issues and had tried to get our landlord to sort them out without much success. Tenant Help listened to our concerns, supported us throughout and helped get the problems properly addressed. I’m really grateful for all their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with similar issues. Thank you!

Suad, Plus Dane tenant

I lived in a flat in Widnes and had mould, but my housing provider came round and just washed it off. There was damp all over my bathroom walls, and there wasn’t a gate to the garden. Without Tenant Help, I would never have known there should have been one.

Tenant Help are amazing, and I’ll definitely be using them again if I have any problems with repairs. Don’t be worried about going through them. They will support you until all the work is done. So pick up the phone, or if they come to your door, please talk to them. They’ll take it from there. They are 100% genuine.

Jenny, Halton Housing tenant
